NeenOpal implemented a Microsoft Power Platform solution using AI Builder, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio to automate client onboarding. This solution eliminates manual data entry, offers real-time validation, and generates AI-driven investment advice.
We developed two Power Apps portals. The first portal is for document submission. The second portal to review, edit, and confirm document extracted data, leading to investment advice generation powered by a Custom AI agent and Power Automate. All information is securely stored in Dataverse throughout the journey, ensuring data consistency and seamless integration.
We implemented AI Builder custom document extraction models to automate data capture from Identity documents and tax returns. The OCR solution accurately extracts names, addresses, tax identification numbers, and income details, eliminating manual typing errors and ensuring complete field extraction. All extracted data is securely stored in Dataverse and seamlessly integrated with Power Automate workflows for validation and compliance checks.
Our Copilot Studio solution trained on institutional knowledge bases generates tailored investment advice based on client profiles and financial goals. Advisors receive recommendations with clear explanations for each strategy, ensuring compliance and supporting informed decision-making.
