We consolidated and harmonized U.S. real estate datasets using Salesforce Data Cloud. This ensured a unified source of truth, removed duplication, and allowed Tableau Next to process real-time, high-quality data. With cleaner and centralized data, users received more accurate and consistent insights across the platform.

A semantic layer was built to standardize definitions such as price, property type, agent performance, and location metrics. This reduced ambiguity and ensured that all users, from business teams to analysts, were looking at metrics that were consistent and reliable across all dashboards and Concierge responses.

Instead of relying on traditional KPI cards, we rebuilt all critical measures as reusable Metrics within Tableau. This made them directly accessible to Tableau Concierge, enabling natural language questions to produce accurate, ready-to-use insights without additional configuration.

We developed a next-generation dashboard using Tableau Next visualization components. The updated experience offered cleaner visuals, better interactivity, and improved performance. It allowed users to explore data more intuitively while still supporting deeper insights when needed.

A customized Tableau Concierge agent was created, allowing users to ask natural language questions such as:

  • “Show me the top-performing locations for Apartment type listings.”
  • “What’s the MoM growth in avg. house prices for NY?”
  • “Who are the top agents in California for multi-family homes?”

The agent instantly returned context-aware visuals, reducing manual navigation and allowing teams to explore data through simple conversational prompts. This shifted analytics from a dashboard-first approach to an intent-first experience.
