NeenOpal will not use Client Data for marketing or unrelated purposes.

Upon project completion or at the client’s written request, NeenOpal securely deletes or returns Client Data using industry-standard destruction protocols.

Client data is hosted in secure cloud environments (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS) configured with restricted access and firewall protections. While we take all reasonable precautions, no system is entirely immune to cyber threats, and we encourage clients to maintain appropriate access and credential controls.
Personal or Client Data may be processed in jurisdictions where NeenOpal or its partners operate. Data transfers are performed under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other legally recognized mechanisms ensuring adequate protection under GDPR or equivalent frameworks.
