NeenOpal at AWS AI Conclave 2026, Bengaluru
We joined AWS’s Agentic AI & Data edition to explore the next phase of enterprise AI: agentic systems that move organisations from experimentation to large-scale production.

About this event
Why we were there
The Conclave puts India’s AWS AI community in one room. The opening keynote brought together Ganapathy Krishnamoorthy (VP Databases, AWS) with technology leaders from Kotak Mahindra Bank, Zomato and Axis Bank; the afternoon split into four parallel tracks for technology, business, developers and customer case studies.
Agentic AI is what we build every day. As an AWS Generative and Agentic AI Competency partner, NeenOpal ships agents for workflow automation, document processing and decision support. We went to test our architecture against where AWS is taking its tooling, from Amazon Bedrock AgentCore to lakehouse patterns on Apache Iceberg.
What you’ll get
Four takeaways from the floor
What this recap gives you: the four themes we heard across the keynotes and tracks, and where they show up in our own work.
- Agents are now a production problemThe Bedrock AgentCore sessions were about deployment, observability and cost, not “can it reason”.
- Data decides who ships“Data in agentic AI” opened the technology track. Every agent story started with governed, well-described data.
- Responsible AI is a leadership topicThe business track put responsible AI and cost optimisation beside scaling, not after it.
- Indian enterprises are already in productionCase studies from Swiggy, Paytm, Freshworks and J&K Bank showed agentic and GenAI systems running at scale.
